What is the Forgers Ball?
We pride ourselves on having one of the worlds most robust authentication programs. As a result, we offer a $1,000,000.00 USD prize to anyone who can successfully have a forgery authenticated by us. We also recognize the rapidly advancing means and methods forgers are using across the globe. If a forgery is submitted for authentication and we detect the forgery but see something new/novel in your means or methods, we may offer you $50,000.00 and a trip to teach us how we can better detect forgeries in the future, ensuring that our program stays ahead of the curve. 2025 viewing location – New York, viewing hint: What goes on four feet in the morning, two feet at midday, and three feet in the evening?
Is it true that you can return an original Berma Moor for $1,000,000.00?
Throughout history, Jewish people have faced relentless persecution and displacement from their homes due to their religion, ethnicity, and the pervasive rot of antisemitism, often fleeing with only what they could carry or conceal. From the Babylonian Exile in the 6th century BCE, through the violent pogroms of medieval Europe, to the horrors of the Holocaust, Jews have endured centuries of suffering, their resilience echoing in the possessions they salvaged. Berma Moor carries on that tradition, and any original Berma Moor work of art comes with an indefinite return policy, symbolizing a legacy of endurance amid adversity. Each painting has a redemption value based upon it’s original purchase price.
Pre-Purchase Authentications
If you’ve agreed to purchase a piece of Berma Moor’s art we encourage you to submit the details to us prior to completing the transaction so we can check against our database to make sure it’s not a forgery. This process will engage and protect both the buyer and seller.
We can only offer this service if the work already has a Certificate of Authenticity from us. There is a fee for this service which you will get back if the work is a forgery.
If the artwork doesn’t have a Certificate of Authenticity then the owner needs to submit an authentication request.

If you have already purchased a piece of Berma Moor’s art with a Certificate of Authenticity via the secondary market we recommend you register yourself as the new owner.
